NATS is built for employers who want graduate and diploma apprentices on a commercially viable structure: drawback stipend up to INR 4,500 per month per graduate apprentice and INR 4,000 per month per diploma apprentice, zero statutory deductions, and a CSR opex option where applicable.
Like NAPS, it creates an industry-ready manpower funnel, reduces recruitment expenditure, and remains strictly apprenticeship training with no employer–employee relationship. Duration is 6 to 36 months with financial support in the first 12 months. Stipend is equal to or higher than relevant minimum wages.
