From 10+2 in any stream to diploma, advanced diploma and B.Voc — with OJT, e-learning, industry practicals and university certification.
A ladder with pre-defined entry and multiple exits
Minimum qualification for B.Voc starts at 10+2 or equivalent in any stream. The path runs Level 4 Diploma in Vocational Education, Advanced Diploma, then Level 7 B.Voc — each with a UGC-approved university certificate at the relevant exit.
The three-year program is divided into 6 semesters, 2 per year. Flexibility comes from pre-defined entry and multiple exit points. OJT-integrated training through the B.Voc program includes e-learning content developed by AISECT, practical or job training in workshop/industry defined by AISECT, assignments and presentations, on-the-job training and job appraisal.
Assessment and certification: assessment through RNTU or NSDC, and university certification for Diploma, Advanced Diploma and B.Voc degree as per UGC.
