NAPS and NATS — a commercially viable skill funnel
Establishments with 30+ regular or contract employees can hire 2.5%–15% of workforce as apprentices. We help you run the program as training — not disguised employment.
Bridge the skill gap without inflating opex the wrong way
National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) let industry run tailored courses, claim stipend support, keep zero statutory deductions on apprentices, and optionally route manufacturing opex through CSR budgets where applicable.
For trainees it is learn-and-earn: industry induction, government and industry certification, and 6 to 36 months of live training with financial support in the first 12 months. Stipend is equal to or higher than relevant minimum wages. There is no employer–employee relationship — it is strictly apprenticeship training.
