Establishments with 30+ regular or contract employees can hire 2.5% to 15% of workforce under NAPS. Stipend drawback up to INR 1,500 per apprentice per month.
For employers across sectors, NAPS helps bridge the skill gap with flexibility to run apprenticeship in tailored courses. It is commercially viable: stipend drawback up to INR 1,500 per month per apprentice, zero statutory deductions, and an option to utilise manufacturing opex through CSR budget.
You create a funnel of industry-ready skilled manpower and reduce recruitment spend. Training duration is 6 to 36 months, with financial support in the first 12 months. Stipend is equal to or higher than relevant minimum wages. It remains strictly apprenticeship training — no employer–employee relationship.
For trainees: learn and earn, induction into industry work practices, higher engagement with the employer, government and industry certification, and specialised long-term skills with industry experts as trainers.
